The Center for Egyptian Women's Legal Assistance is a non-governmental organization founded in 1995. Its goal is to offer Egyptian women legal support and assistance regarding their rights under the Egyptian Constitution, Egyptian laws and the international conventions.

CEWLA is a non-governmental organization established in 1995 with the aim of providing legal assistance to Egyptian women. CEWLA derives its competence from the Egyptian constitution and laws, as well as from international human rights conventions. Moreover, CEWLA strives to provide Egyptian women with the skills and capabilities that enable them to lead a normal life and overcome their problems.
 
Egypt NGOs' Forum for Women in Development [English].
This is a local network of Egyptian development NGOs including women groups, health and environment groups, training centers and other local organizations, which have agreed on the need for cooperation among women's groups in Egypt to face various pressures. The forum works to develop the capacities and skills of the participant organizations, to enhance the role of Egyptian NGOs working in the field of gender, to observe and document women's status and Egypt’s implementation of the UN Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW).

The Egyptian Association for Community Participation Enhancement” is a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization, founded in May 2001, and registered with MOSS under the number (5481) on February 2004. Working actively in building capacities of a number of organizations, networks and coalitions that are the most active in implementing Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW), Beijing Platform of Action, and also in different activities of the civil society on the national, regional and international levels.

The center is an independent, nongovernmental and nonpartisan entity . It is mainly involved with the Promotion and support of Egyptian Women to achieve gender equality and to eliminate all forms of discrimination against women.

Is a Cairo based independent non- governmental organization established in April 1996. The center carries out programs and projects at the level of women’s leadership and at the grass roots level, which aim to improve the political and social status of women.
 
National Council for Childhood and Motherhood [English].
Thel Council was established in 1988 through Presidential Decree No. 54 as the highest government authority entrusted with policy-making, planning, coordinating, monitoring and evaluation of activities in the areas of protection and development of children. The jurisdiction of the NCCM extends to all government bodies, including the Ministry of Justice, and NGOs on both the national and local levels. The decree establishing the NCCM stipulates that its declarations are mandatory, that is NCCM decisions are final and binding for all ministries.

The Council was established in 2000 by the Presidential Decree No.90 as an autonomous entity with the purpose of advancing the status women in Egypt. The Council runs programmes and projects on women's political empowerment, focusing on Egyptian women in parliament advocacy efforts in the area of legislation, follow up on the implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), and a programme on Egyptian women in parliament. The website also includes a publications section and is provided in both English and Arabic.
