Algeria - National Consultative Commission for the Protection and the Promotion of Human Rights  [English][Arabic][French].
This Commission is a consultative body responsible for monitoring and evaluating human rights situations in Algeria. In addition, it has authority to identify and investigate human rights abuses as well as examine and formulate opinions on the national legislation with the aim to improve it in Human Rights fields. 
 
Egypt - National Council for Childhood and Motherhood [English].
Thel Council was established in 1988 through Presidential Decree No. 54 as the highest government authority entrusted with policy-making, planning, coordinating, monitoring and evaluation of activities in the areas of protection and development of children. The jurisdiction of the NCCM extends to all government bodies, including the Ministry of Justice, and NGOs on both the national and local levels. The decree establishing the NCCM stipulates that its declarations are mandatory, that is NCCM decisions are final and binding for all ministries.

The National Council of Human Rights is independent in practicing its functions, activities and jurisdiction. It aims at promoting and developing human rights, consolidating their values, spreading awareness of these rights and ensuring their practice.
 
Jordan - National Centre for Human Rights [English][Arabic].
The NCHR Centre is an independent national institution. It's main objective is to protect and enhance the situation of human rights and public freedoms in Jordan.
 
Jordan - National Commission for Women [English][Arabic].
JNCW is a semi-governmental commission that was established in 1992 to promote women's issues in Jordan. The commission represents the Kingdom of Jordan in all issues pertaining to women's affairs at national, regional, and international levels. Its mission is to support the mainstreaming of a gender-equality perspective in all policy areas, to improve the status of women and enhance their role in national development, to encourage the participation of women in economy, politics, and decision making, and to strengthen women's legal rights.
 
Lebanon - National Commission for Lebanese Women [English][Arabic].
The NCLW is the Lebanese official body responsible for the coordination of national dialogue and action for the advancement of women and gender equality in Lebanon. The National Human Rights Committee of Qatar assists individuals in getting their human rights. This is carried out by the Committee intervening on an individual case by case basis or by assessing the laws or practices of the State and making recommendations in order to safeguard human rights interests.

Sudan - Advisory Council on Human Rights of the Government of Sudan  [Arabic].
The Council is a body created by the Government of Sudan. It includes representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations and it mainly advises the government on any issue relating to human rights. 
 
Sudan - Humanitarian Aid Commission [English][Arabic].
A government organization that is based on the participation of civil community organizations and local communities at all stages in the execution of humanitarian programmes and projects in general and mostly during emergency- such as floods and other conflicts- that call for co-coordinating operation humanitarian aid for afflicted areas.
 
United Arab Emirates - National Committee to Combat Human Trafficking [English][Arabic].
Is a coordinating body for anti-human trafficking efforts at all levels in the seven emirates of the federation. The Committee is responsible for developing the framework by which the new anti-human trafficking law will be implemented, studying and revising human trafficking legislation with the aim of bringing the UAE efforts in line with international standards and improving national legislation, and develop victim sensitivity training for the relevant bodies and individuals dealing with victims of trafficking

Regional Network for Arab Ombudsman also known as the Human Rights Complaints Offices in the Arab Countries provides a mechanism to exchange information and experiences and raise awareness of the themes of human rights in general and issues relating to women, in particular, which can help improve the human rights situation in the region.
